First off, let me extend my gratitude to you for the wonderful diabetic-friendly bread you left as a surprise
yesterday! I ate some for breakfast this morning with a bit of butter, and it was fantastic. It means a lot you
remembered I was diabetic, too! As a fan of heartier breads, I really enjoyed it...David and I are also very excited
about our new food adventure! Last night's swordfish and asparagus, as well as the cucumber/tomato salad was
everything we could have asked for in a meal. Just superb.
So happy we all connected, and looking forward to all of the glorious meals in our future!

The proposed menu looks scrumptious to me...Thank you for the gifts of the Mocha Semifreddo and the apples. You are
too sweet to us. The frozen coffee confection went down with big smiles (and more than one inch slices were
demanded!), and one of the apples happily accompanied me to school today (how appropriate!).
